We offer a wide range of employee benefits to include the following:

401(k) Retirement Plan

We care about the future state of our employees. That is why we offer a 401(k) retirement plan with a 3% Safe Harbor contribution with immediate 100% vesting and a profit-sharing plan of up to an additional 5% annually.

When the credit union performs well, we know it is the result of our team working hard to make positive contributions. At San Francisco Federal Credit Union, everyone is eligible to receive an annual incentive bonus up to 10%.
